About Me

With a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science with an emphasis on Nutrition from BYU, and NASM certifications, I've dedicated my career to helping people train smarter, fuel better, and achieve sustainable results. From competing in bodybuilding and Pro HYROX races, to playing collegiate soccer, I've spent years pushing my own limits and learning what it takes to build strength, endurance, and resilience.

Now, as a mother of three, I understand the challenges of balancing fitness, nutrition, and everyday life. My goal is to help others find that balance, stay consistent, and see real progress- without the guesswork.
